The result is a cup which can be enjoyed on its own or with cake, milk chocolate and other sweets. It also goes well with lemon drizzle cakes or simple vanilla sponges very well.
When brewing this coffee, we recommend using the French Press method, preheating your vessel using some of the boiling water to ensure that it stays warm and ready to brew. After brewing, let the coffee infuse for 4 minutes. This will ensure that all the grounds have been fully saturated and not over-extracted. The water should be pushed through with the plunger. Lazy Sunday is a smoky light roast with the sweet scent of cocoa and citrus. It has a smooth and supple mouthfeel. The cocoa hints can be traced to a winters' day spent on the sofa, reading a good book and a warm family hug. To brew the coffee first heat your French Press with off boil water. This will stop the coffee from being over extracted and creating undesirable elements in your drink. Add your grounds along with 250ml of water that has just been boiled. For four minutes, simmer, take a plunge, and then enjoy.
